Don't be naughty, and we won't erase your account.

Privacy policy

We won't sell, give away or otherwise dispose of your email address or any other details to anyone, even if they ask nicely.

We won't send you any emails except:

• confirmation when you change your password or email address
• reminders to mark reserved items 'bought' or return them to 'available'
• reminders of birthdays or special occasions that have been entered by your friends and family. (You need to set this up first in your account settings. See help for further information)
• newsletter notification of 'what's new' on the site. (You can opt out of this in your account settings)

Session logging

We collect and hold certain information about the way you use the site. This is done by logging user sessions and generic page hits. The page hit counter does not record any personal information at all. (Neither your name nor your ip address are noted. All we do is count the number of times a page is accessed, not by whom.)
